Foundation bolting is tying the foundation from the mud sill plate to the top of the floor joist. Connecting the
two gives reinforcement to the foundation so the house can move as one unit, not two which can separate from each other.
Tremor-ready gives a free inspection and estimate to let you know if your house has been reinforced.
No need to get dirty, but you can come along if you like.
Most residential homes cost between $1600 and $4000. Depending on the size and what materials are needed.
Yes, but that's included in our cost. We get the permit for you.
We accept Visa, MC and American Express. We offer 0% financing up to 6 months E-Z financing.
Tremor-ready can have most homes reinforced within 48 hours.
Bolts aren't enough even when your house is bolted to its house (typically the cripple wall) buckle and
collapse.
Strengthened homes are safer to live in and easier to sell and insure. Some insurance companies will no longer insure a home unless this work is done. Sellers of homes must disclose to the buyers if
their home is reinforced.
